Affiliate Disclosure

Hey lovelies!

Let’s talk affiliate links. An affiliate link is a specific URL that contains the affiliate’s (that’s me!) ID or username. In affiliate programs, advertisers use affiliate links to record the traffic that is sent to the advertiser’s website.

So what does that mean? That means that I may receive a small commission if you choose to purchase something using my links on Hannarchy. And let me be clear: no cost is passed on to you when you click on or purchase through one of these links.

I’m a firm believer in promoting products that I love. I will never suggest a product that I don’t personally believe in and use myself. There are a lot of amazing products out there, through Etsy, Amazon, and others. My hope is to connect you with those products, pairing you with some amazing stuff. This way, I get to be the middle man between sellers who believe in their product, and consumers who are searching for the right product. And I think that’s pretty cool.

Every time you purchase something through Hannarchy using an affiliate link, you’re helping me and my blog stay afloat. Blogging isn’t easy, and takes up as much time as a part-time job. But I love blogging. Ever since I started in 2016, I’ve loved it. The small amount of money I make through affiliate links helps me buy groceries for new recipes, feed Miracle the Wonder Dog, and how I support this blog.

For example, I’m a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for me to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites. When you see me linking to my favorite tea kettle or my go-to beauty palette, it’s safe to assume this is an affiliate link. If purchased I receive a few cents of that sale.

Let me sum up…

Hannarchy is a personal blog written and edited by me (Hannah Reinhard!) The compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog.  I am compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though I receive compensation for some posts or advertisements, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. If I hate something, I tell the company – not pretend to love it for a few bucks. I promise! Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

(Thanks to The Dainty Squid‘s affiliate disclosure page for helping me write mine! Writing a post about money was waaaaay more stressful than I thought it would be.)
